The acquisition brings together two of the leading providers of diverse broadcast monitoring services to the Twin Cities area. These services include monitoring coverage and relative mention at the market level, determining mind-share penetration in geographic markets, and providing video-proof of anything televised.

Kären Aaker, a veteran of the broadcast monitoring industry, has been appointed Regional Manager of the Minneapolis office. Aaker will be responsible for establishing relationships with and retaining business from corporate communicators seeking broadcast management solutions.
