As we start the new year, it is a great time to look at what you’ve done and start thinking about what you want to personally and professionally accomplish in the coming months.
Your Account Management team here at Visible thinks the same is true of your Visible Intelligence workspace environment. The start of a new calendar year is a great time to make resolutions, including creating a plan for your Visible Intelligence account health check, and we want to help! In the coming weeks, your Account Manager will be reaching out to help schedule time for your account check-up. This session will be an opportunity for our team and you to meet and really regroup on your social media plans so that we can help ensure your Visible Intelligence account is as ‘fit’ as possible.
As we look at your VI account, there are several key areas that we will want to review with you:
Aligning VI with your social media goals
- We want to ensure that your social listening, activities and analytics align and support your goals. Visible Intelligence can be used to support and enhance your business objectives including your digital and traditional marketing efforts, customer servicing work and more. Your Account Manager can make sure your VI account is structured to provide access to data and reporting that directly meet those goals. With unlimited searches, dashboards, alerts and more – we can customize your VI experience more than ever before!
Optimizing your searches
- Your AM team can review your long-standing searches around your brand and your competitors for completeness. Regular review of these searches can ensure that monitoring and measurement is as complete as possible.
- Don’t forget – you can have unlimited searches and folders. What are your business questions now – adding new granular searches to surface that specific data can enrich your insights. Are you tracking everything that you need?
- Many of our clients keep old searches that may not “fit” anymore. Your Account Manager will work with you to review the searches you have in your workspace to ensure they are working as optimally for you as possible.
Review your firehose keywords and terms
- Your AM team will review your searches and firehose terms with you to ensure that you are optimized for everything you need for campaign measurement and tracking, engagement efforts and more.
Determine new measurement and reporting needs
- Do you have measurement needs that may be changing, like new campaigns, efforts, etc. that require different reporting? Your Account Manager will be able to help you explore the various ways clients use Visible Intelligence and Visible Insights Services to measure and analyze activity.
