Last week, Forrester’s Principal Analyst, Tracy Stokes asked the question, “How Green Is Your Brand?”
With increased demand from consumers for environmental benefits, but also increased scrutiny from green claims, what are you doing to make your brand greener? Is it important to your consumers?
Here is a link to the discussion along with my response.
As a social media monitoring and analytics provider, our business goes hand in hand with sustainability. Social media is growing at an incredible rate and offers mass amounts of information all available to us with the simple click of a mouse. It allows people across the globe to engage in organic, grassroots conversations without having to drive or fly to be in the same location. Social media transcends time and location and we are seeing it used among sustainability professionals and social media experts to collaborate with a variety of audiences, from driving stakeholder engagement to increasing customer loyalty to inspiring innovation. People now have a forum to participate in online conversations, webinars, etc. to make a difference and work together to solve the world’s problems.
