Who is Trevor?
A scribe. Wordsmith. Grammar-hawk. Trevor will scour bus stop ads, web copy, and television ads, find the errors, and is convinced you absolutely care to know (don’t you?). Born and raised in Hawaii, Trevor grew up surfing, fishing, spearfishing, and canoe-paddling. He studied English in Massachusetts at Stonehill College and is working on a bildungsroman deconstructing the friendship between two boys in Hawaii, while skeptically considering a MFA in Creative Writing.
What he’ll be doing;
As Marketing Intern, Trevor will be putting to work some of those writing chops, helping us to produce content for our website and blog and getting rid of those pesky grammatical errors (rumor has it the Viralheat engineers do it on purpose).
A few fun facts:
- His favorite authors are Carver, Diaz, Joyce, and occasionally Sedaris.
- He plays ukulele, classical and reggae guitar, and piano, sparingly.
- He has over six years of taekwondo and four years of muay thai experience (so don’t play, fool).
- Crab fixes everything. No, seriously. Get him to a crab boil and prepare to see some straight Pinoy action.
