Food & Wine magazine has named Nilou Motamed editor in chief starting March 14. Motamed replaces longtime editor Dana Cowin, who stepped down last November to head the magazine’s pop-up restaurant project Chefs Club International. Motamed is a former editor in chief of Epicurious and also served as features director for Travel + Leisure, and most recently consulted for Conrad Hotels & Resorts.
