Viralheat Updates: Rejection Reasons in Approval Chains and People Search in Explore

When you request, we listen! In an effort to deliver our clients with the best version of our product, we take your feedback very seriously. In fact, customer feedback directly drove the two newest updates.  Check ’em out! Rejection Reasons: Last month we announced the launch of approval chains in Viralheat, where users can send messages or posts through a specific order of individuals for approval (ex: intern – coordinator – manager). As a result of the feedback from the new approval chains users out there, we’ve included rejection reasons as part of the process. Now when a user is prompted to accept or reject a post, he or she can include the reason for rejection to send back to the creator for edits. Perhaps the messaging changed or some information was correct. Whatever the reason, you can now let the team know why a proposed message was rejected. People Search: Last year Viralheat launched the explore feature to make to make quick social searches on Twitter and Facebook easier. Needless to say, it’s upgraded quite a lot since then.  You can search for keywords, @handles, or hashtags across Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and Instagram. The most recent update to our explore feature is the “people search” feature. Now you can type in a job title or company, and we’ll return a list of users who have these keywords in their description, name, or @handle. Easily identify users to engage with or follow based on specific information.   These updates are live in your Viralheat account so check ’em out!
