Here are the newest features rolled out for Viralheat.
Vanity Links
You can now create your own vanity links (custom URL shorteners) to use when publishing from Viralheat. If you post with a unique shortener (that’s not the vrl.ht or bit.ly we provide), you can import your own to use as your default shortener. You can change this within the organization settings. For more info on this feature, check out our blog announcement or our cheat sheet on setting up.

Notifications for Personal Organizations
A recent update included the new notifications center for alerts on your business organizations, but now you can also set notifications and alerts for your personal social accounts. You can add personal notifications from the personal settings section.

Reports – Add new recipients
If you have a recurring report, you can now easily add a new recipient should you wish to send auto reports to your client or another member of your team. Just go to the ‘edit’ option for each report and update the recipient section.

Publishing – Save as draft
You can now save posts as a draft from the publishing box (similar to gmail drafts). Customize your message using any of the Viralheat publishing features then choose ‘Save as Draft’. Drafts will appear in the “Drafts” section of the “Messages” tab in the left navigation for editing or publishing when you’re ready.

If you have a previously published post that you’d like to repost, head over to the “Published” section of the “Messages” tab in the left navigation and choose the option to “Repost” the message
