Hello! My name is Chris D’Amico, and I am the newest Account Manager here at Visible Technologies. In early January, I joined the company after several years of agency-side communications work and dove into the first month by meeting the team at Visible, becoming an expert on our products and services in addition to onboarding with the clients that I will support. It has been a great experience, and I would like to share a few of my observations and learnings with you today.
First and foremost, I am impressed by and have great respect for the clients that I’ve had the pleasure to meet thus far. The level of social business savvy that Visible users exhibit is a daily point of inspiration for me. It’s been terrific making the rounds visiting with clients and learning about all of the innovative programs that Visible Intelligence supports. As an Account Manager, the clients are why I love my role. It’s exciting to be a part of your teams in helping to deliver insights and social intelligence that can move the needle with business strategy, reputation, consumers and key influencers. Our shared values and emphasis on the social enterprise serves as a great daily reminder of the class-leading efforts on which we partner with our clients.
Helping me to deliver on our commitments to clients is our platform, Visible Intelligence. In my prior experience, VI was a powerful tool and had a great reputation in the marketplace. But now having an expert-level knowledge and daily, hourly and second-by-second interaction with all that it can do, I am even more excited about the future in having VI power enterprise-level social strategy, and deeper networked integrations between today’s connected world and the business world.
As is always the case, people matter most. I would definitely miss the boat in my observations if I didn’t mention the team here at Visible.
From minute one, I’ve been part of troupe, and it’s made all the difference for me. From trainings and onboarding, to strategy meetings, technical briefings and into client engagements, I’m fortunate to work with such a talented and dedicated bunch.
2014 is off and running, and so are Visible and its clients. It’s more than a pleasure to be a part of it.
