David Callaway will soon check out of USA Today to serve as CEO of TheStreet. He has led USA Today as editor in chief since 2012, and prior to that served as editor in chief for MarketWatch from 2003 to 2012 , and managing editor since 1999. He starts at TheStreet in early July.

Callaway will replace fellow USA Today alum Larry Kramer who has been serving as interim CEO since February. Kramer will continue to serve as non-executive chairman of the board of directors. He was previously USA Today’s president and publisher.
