Chris Licht is joining The Late Show with Stephen Colbert as executive producer. He comes to the program from CBS’ news arm, where he served as executive producer of CBS This Morning and as vice president of programming for CBS News, roles he’s held since 2011. He was previously an executive producer for MSNBC’s Morning Joe. Taking Licht’s place as executive producer for CBS This Morning is Ryan Kadro, who has been a producer since the inception of the show’s current iteration in 2011.
