Patricia Miller has been promoted to publisher of the St. Louis Business Journal. She succeeds Ellen Sherberg, who was promoted to special adviser to the CEO of the American City Business Journals. Miller joined the publication in 1986 and has held the title of editor since 1996. During her years at the Journal, she has held the titles of list researcher, reporter and associate editor.
