The newest addition to the Time Warner Cable News team in Charlotte is Kirstin Garriss. She joined the newsroom this week and will be digging in to local government coverage. She was most recently with WHAG-TV, the NBC affiliate in Hagerstown, Maryland, serving as senior reporter for Nightside coverage as well as the Maryland State House. Prior to WHAG, Garriss was  desk assistant at NBC in Washington. Follow Time Warner Cable News Charlotte on Twitter for around the clock local news, sports and weather.
