Associate managing editor for business Mike Kellams has taken a buyout from the Chicago Tribune. He joined the paper in 1998 as the art director and worked in a variety of roles since including sports editor and design director at sister publication RedEye. Mary Ellen Podmolik has been tapped to succeed him as associate managing editor, business, and previously served as the deputy business editor since July 2015.
