Andrew McGill and Nora Kelly have joined The Atlantic, as the outlet continues to expand its Political Team. McGill will serve as senior associate editor and most recently served as a reporter and graphics director for the National Journal since January. From 2012 until 2014, he was a computer-assisted reporting coordinator at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, a position he took after spending two years as a reporter at The Morning Call.
Kelly joins The Atlantic as a politics writer, after working at National Journal as a staff correspondent. She was previously the copy editor at Science Magazine since 2013 , and before that she was the assistant managing editor of Philadelphia Magazine.
