The San Francisco global tech team at Bloomberg News has recruited Lizette Chapman to cover venture capital and Ellen Huet to cover startups, effective in mid-November. Chapman previously covered the same beat for the Wall Street Journal’s VentureWire. She also wrote for Fast Company, the San Francisco Business Times and Verde, Inc.
