The following are no longer on staff: courts reporter Paul Purpura; federal courts reporter Andy Grimm; local politics/government reporter Ben Myers; environment/Gulf of Mexico reporter Benjamin Alexander-Bloch; entertainment reporter Alison Fensterstock; local crime/courts reporter James Varney; calendar editor and comedy writer Cate Root; and lead entertainment reporter David Lee Simmons.
