Kris Van Cleave has been named transportation correspondent for CBS News. He previously was a correspondent at CBS Newspath since September 2014. 

Prior to joining CBS, Van Cleave was a reporter for WJLA-TV and Newschannel 8 since November 2006. Before that, he was a reporter at XETV-TV in San Diego and KOAA-TV in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
