ELLE has has promoted associate market editor Shilpa Prabhakar Nadella to Market Editor, and has hired Chloe Schama as executive editor of ELLE Online. Prabhakar Nadella was previously the associate market editor for the publication, a position she had held since joining the staff in November 2013. Prior to that she was at InStyle most recently serving as assistant fashion editor, a fashion intern at Vogue Magazine, and an editorial intern at Cosmopolitan Magazine.
