Civitas Media has named Jim Shrader regional publisher of the Jacksonville Journal Courier and the Alton Telegraph. Shrader joins from WBGZ-AM, where he served as vice president of sales since December 2013. He previously worked as publisher of the Telegraph from June 1998 to April 2013.
