MundoFOX has shut down its news division and rebranded to MundoMAX. Fox International Channels sold its interest in the network to RCN Television Group, which now owns the network. MundoFOX launched in August 2012 and has continuously struggled in ratings and distribution. The new broadcast network name is effective August 13.
