Mark Tapscott has joined The Daily Caller News Foundation as executive editor. Tapscott previously served as executive editor for the Washington Examiner after joining the paper in 2006. Prior to that, he was the managing editor for the Journal Newspapers in Alexandria, Virginia. Tapscott has also worked for publications including The Washington Times, the Federal Employees News Digest and Defense Electronics magazine.
