NBC Indianapolis affiliate WRTV-TV will welcome Jason Fechner as an anchor and reporter later this month. Fechner currently anchors the evening newscasts for WQAD-TV, ABC affiliate for the Davenport, Iowa market. He joined WQAD in August 2006, and previously served as a reporter and producer.
