Erik Huggers has been named president and CEO of the music video and entertainment site Vevo. He replaces Rio Caraeff in this role, who left Vevo last year. Huggers was most recently president of Intel Media, overseeing the development of cloud TV service OnCue, which was later acquired by Verizon. Before joining Intel, Huggers led digital efforts for the BBC, after nearly a decade with Microsoft. Check out Vevo’s video offerings on its YouTube channel.
