Elbert Tucker has joined WISH-TV in Indianapolis as news director. He was previously news director at WBNS-TV since 2010. Additionally, general assignment manager Jim Scott has left WISH-TV to join WXIN-TV as general assignment editor. Replacing Scott at WXIN is Kristen Brown who has worked at the station since 2007. For the latest news in Indy, follow WISH-TV on Twitter.
