Erika Smith is leaving The Indianapolis Star to join The Sacramento Bee as an editorial writer and columnist. She will also serve as a member of the paper’s editorial board. Smith has spent the past ten years as an editorial columnist and reporter for The Indianapolis Star. She joined the staff in August 2005 to cover business and technology.
