Eater has announced the hire of three full-time restaurant critics, a new position for the site. Ryan Sutton, previously from Bloomberg, will serve as the New York head critic. Bill Addison, previously of Atlanta Magazine, will join as the national restaurant editor and critic on April 15. Lastly, Robert Sietsema, who has been contributing to the site on a part-time basis, will be promoted to restaurant critic for Eater NY on April 1.
