Business Insider has announced one new hire among a number of promotions. Deputy editor Jay Yarow has been upped to executive editor. He replaces Gus Lubin who recently moved into a yet-to-be-disclosed role within the company.
Former International Business Times managing editor Marcus Baram is now news editor & deputy editor. Additionally, senior sports editor Leah Goldman has been promoted to assistant managing editor, and sports reporter Tony Manfred has been promoted into the role of sports editor.
In the tech department, tech reporter Lisa Eadicicco has been promoted to news editor and reporter. Alyson Shontell has been upped to deputy editor and deputy editor and West Coast bureau chief Matt Rosoff has added technology editor to his roles.
Lastly, Jenna Goudreau has been upped from senior editor to deputy editor of strategy, careers, and personal finance.
