Washington Post announced Mike Madden, editor of Washington City Paper, will join Outlook and PostEverything as deputy editor March 20. He will focus on the paper’s digital presence. Madden was most recently editor of the Washington City Paper since June 2012, after joining the paper as managing editor in June 2010. Also joining Outlook and PostEverything as assistant editor is David Swerdlick, who will start April 6.
