The Cincinnati Enquirer has lost numerous staffers throughout its departments amid Gannett’s restructuring of many newsrooms throughout the U.S. In addition to managing editor Laura Trujillo, more than a dozen staff from the metro, sports, education, entertainment, arts and editorial desks have departed. Others include entertainment editor Tasha Stewart, arts columnist Julie Engebrecht, education reporter Jessica Brown, projects editor Lee Ann Hamilton, editorial writer Julie Zimmerman, as well as sports editors Rory Glynn and Hick Hurm.
