Lisa Desjardins has joined PBS NewsHour as an editor and politics reporter. She previously was a Capitol Hill senior correspondent for CNNRadio until August 2014.

Desjardins joined CNNRadio in September 2005. Prior to her time there, she served as a reporter for the Associated Press’ radio network at the Washington bureau. Before that, she covered the State House for WIS-TV in Columbia, South Carolina.
