News director Bryan Bishop and reviews editor Jon Frosch have joined The Hollywood Reporter.

Bishop comes from The Verge where he most recently served as film and TV editor. He had joined The Verge as part of the founding editorial team in 2011, launching the site’s entertainment section and West Coast news operations. At THR, Bishop is responsible for managing news operations and expanding the site’s editorial offerings.

As for Frosch, he is overseeing film, television ,theater, music and other entertainment reviews for both the print and online publications of The Hollywood Reporter. Frosch previously worked at FRANCE 24 where he served as a film critic and editor. He originally joined the outlet in 2009. Frosch’s work has appeared in The International Herald, The New York Times, The Atlantic, and many other publications.
