Joanna Douglas has moved to Yahoo Beauty to serve as senior beauty editor, previously overseeing fashion and beauty coverage for Yahoo Shine, the site’s women’s lifestyle vertical. She has worked with Shine since 2008, after stints at Stylelist and ELLEgirl.com. Douglas’ move follows a June relaunch of the beauty vertical at Yahoo, coinciding with the hire of editor in chief Bobbi Brown in April and managing editor Britt Aboutaleb in June.
