Dylan Howard has been named editor in chief for the National Enquirer, and vice president of news for its parent company, American Media Inc. He is currently the editor in chief for the tabloid’s sister-site RadarOnline and will continue in this role. Long based in Boca Raton, Florida, American Media has also announced its move to New York, which harkens back to the tabloid’s origin as The New York Enquirer in 1926. Howard’s appointment comes as the Enquirer aims to increase its internet presence. To keep tabs on juicy gossip from America’s premier tabloid, follow the National Enquirer on Facebook.
