The Huffington Post has announced several changes to top editorial staff. Managing editor Jimmy Soni will be moving to New Delhi to help launch a new edition, HuffPo India, returning to the U.S. post-launch in an as-yet-unannounced role. He has served as managing editor since March 2012. Replacing Soni is Kate Palmer, who has been HuffPo’s national editor since April 2012, formerly a managing editor for The Onion and deputy managing editor for Foreign Policy magazine. Soni’s deputy managing editor Elyse Siegel will be moving into a new role as director of global growth strategy. Replacements for Palmer and Siegel have not yet been announced as the news site’s editorial strategy continues to evolve. Check out HuffPo’s pins on recipes, DIY projects and travel on Pinterest.
