Quartz has announced editorial changes with the addition and promotions of three journalists to its staff. Dan Frommer is now the technology editor; he was previously the editor at large at ReadWriteWeb since 2011. Annalisa Merelli has been hired as a technology reporter. She will continue her duties as country editor for Global Voices overseeing Italian news. Matt Phillips — previously a reporter for Quartz — has been promoted to financial markets editor.
