Rita Mullin has been named general manager of Science and is scheduled to begin her duties on June 2. She was previously executive vice president of programming and development for OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network starting in September 2012. She replaces Deborah Adler Meyers, former general manager and executive vice president, who recently left Discovery Communications. Science is awesome!
