CBS Television Network has named Stephen Colbert to succeed David Letterman as host of The Late Show, when Letterman retires in 2015. Colbert currently serves as host and executive producer of The Colbert Report on Comedy Central, and before that was the chief correspondent and writer for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Letterman has served as Late Show host since 1993. For now, follow @Letterman on Twitter for the latest Late Show happenings.
