Several staff members have new roles or location changes at multiple CNN bureaus including:
- Polo Sandoval has moved from CNN’s Atlanta headquarters to the New York bureau. He joined CNN as a correspondent in 2014 after serving as a reporter at KRGV-TV covering the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas.
- Miguel Marquez has moved from CNN’s New York bureau back to the Los Angeles bureau, where he previously served as a correspondent from 2003 to 2005 prior to a stint at ABC News, after which he rejoined CNN.
- Kyung Lah has been promoted to senior national correspondent based in CNN’s Los Angeles bureau. She has also spent time in CNN’s Tokyo and Washington, D.C., bureaus.
- Rosa Flores has moved from CNN’s Chicago bureau to the Miami bureau. She has served as a correspondent and substitute anchor for CNN since 2013.
- Jessica Schneider has transitioned from her role as a correspondent in New York City to a role as justice correspondent in Washington, D.C. She joined CNN in 2016.
- Boris Sanchez has moved from CNN’s Miami bureau to its Washington, D.C., bureau to provide weekend White House coverage and cover general assignments. He joined CNN in 2015 as a correspondent in the New York bureau.
