Nearly a year after Michael Strahan left Live, Kelly Ripa and Live With Kelly have announced Ryan Seacrest as the show’s permanent co-host. The show has been renamed to Live with Kelly and Ryan. Seacrest is no stranger to broadcasting and has been a permanent fixture on U.S. television and radio waves for more than two decades. He has kicked off his long-lasting career in 1993 when he hosted the first season of  ESPN’s Radical Outdoor Challenge. Since then he’s hosted a slew of broadcasts, including his current gigs as host of American Idol, his syndicated daily drive-time radio show for LA’s KISS-FM, On Air With Ryan Seacrest, and the weekly American Top 40 radio program; he will continue hosting all three shows in addition to Live.  Follow Live with Kelly and Ryan on Twitter.
