T: The New York Times Style Magazine has named Hanya Yanagihara editor in chief, effective immediately. She replaces Deborah Needleman, who left the publication at the end of 2016.  This is a homecoming for Yanagihara, who had a one-year stint with the outlet as deputy editor and left that post in April 2016.
