CBS-affiliated WTSP-TV in Tampa-St.Petersburg has named Mike Rodriguez as general manager of the station. He replaces Elliot Wiser, who left the post in September 2016. Rodriguez comes from Fairchild Global Advisors, LLC, a global management consulting firm he founded. Prior to that he was the CEO of eMerge Americas. Rodriguez has also served as the GM of Univision23 in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, and spent a decade with NBC/Telemundo and was GM of Telemundo 51 in Miami. Follow WTSP-TV on Twitter.
