Alan Henry will join The New York Times in April as a senior digital strategist. He comes to The New York Times from Lifehacker, where he recently departed. He had been the editor in chief there since February 2016, and prior to that served as deputy editor for two years; he joined the outlet in 2011 as a staff writer.
