Q: Do you use social media for your job? What do you like about social media?

“Yes I do – Facebook and Twitter,” says Jim Cunningam. “I always find it interesting, and always find something with both Facebook and Twitter as a newsfeed. I just enjoy getting news from people that are involved in the broadcasting world, writing about the arts – music critics, the newspapers, whoever’s out there blogging. All that stuff is useful here. I try to look at it two or three times a day; certainly look at it while I’m on the air. We send out information too, about what we do as well.”
