Cheryl Brown is joining Family Circle as editor in chief, taking over for longtime editor, Linda Fears. Brown comes to the publication from Allrecipes, where she has served as editor in chief since July 2013. Prior to Allrecipes, she was digital director at Recipe.com as well as KitchenDaily.com. Fears had been editor in chief of Family Circle since July 2005. She also served as editorial director for the magazine and group editor for Martha Stewart Living and Martha Stewart Weddings.
