Quartz has recruited Tripti Lahiri as its new Asia bureau chief. She will be starting in the next few weeks. Lahiri previously worked as a news editor for The Wall Street Journal in Hong Kong and as a reporter in New Delhi, serving as founding editor of the paper’s India Real Time.
