WCPO-TV, Cincinnati’s ABC-affiliate station, has hired Chip Mahaney as news director. Mahaney has spent more than 35 years in the media business, and most recently spent eight years with the E.W. Scripps Company in their corporate office. He returns to the newsroom where he will oversee all news content and determine which stories get airtime. Follow WCPO-TV on Twitter.
