The Associated Press has named Juliet Williams news editor for Northern California, based out of San Francisco. In this position, Williams will supervise AP staff in San Francisco and Fresno, as well as take responsibility for news coverage throughout Northern California. She has been with AP since 2000, when she began as a reporter in Milwaukee, and most recently served as a correspondent in Sacramento, California. Follow the AP on Twitter.
