Baltimore NBC affiliate WBAL-TV has hired Andre Hepkins. He anchors the 5:30pm and 10pm newscasts, in addition to reporting at 6pm and 11pm. Hepkins most recently worked at KMOV-TV in St. Louis, and before that, was at WSVN-TV in Miami. Follow WBAL on Twitter.
