After more than two decades in print, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review will move to a digital-only format, effective Nov. 30. The change will not affect its sister papers, the Tribune-Review Westmoreland Edition and Valley News Dispatch, which both will remain in print. Layoffs are expected to follow.
