Laura Gunderson has made newsroom history at The Oregonian, where she’s the first woman to hold the position of editorial pages editor. After essentially growing up in the Oregonian newsroom – both her grandparents worked there – Gunderson began making her way up through the ranks, starting as sports clerk before becoming a reporter and columnist.
